# Flex To Earn

**FlexToEarn: A Guide to Earning Rewards by Flexing Your NFTs**

FlexToEarn is a platform on Cronos where you can earn daily rewards by "flexing" your NFTs as profile pictures.

**1. How to get started:**

Own a Supported NFT: Ensure you own an NFT from a collection supported by FlexToEarn. This NFT must be held in your non-custodial wallet.

Connect your X Account: Ensure your X account is connected to FlexToEarn website. Your profile picture will be used for verification.

**2. How to Earn Points :**

Manual Claiming: Click "Claim Points" every 24 hours to earn rewards.

NFT Verification: Each claim verifies that your X profile picture still matches your NFT.

On-Chain Ownership: Your NFT ownership is verified on-chain before each claim.

Maintain Your Streak: Claim within 48 hours from your last claim to maintain your streak.

Refresh X Connection: Your X connection must be refreshed if it's older than 10 minutes.

Flex Mode Stops: If you no longer own the NFT, your Flex mode stops automatically.

Maximize Earnings: Keep your NFT and use it as your profile picture to maximize your earnings.

**3. Claiming Rewards:**

Choose a Crate: Select a crate to see available rewards and open it. Crates have different point costs (e.g., "Munks Crate" for 60 Points, "$LION Crate" for 210 Points, "Super $LION Crate for 560 Points).
